Our fan-favorite travel backpack in a custom, limited-edition waxed canvas shell.
Akin to the Griffin’s fusion of two legendary animals, we combined our feature-packed travel backpack, CTB26 with the historic Scottish mill, Halley Stevensons. We built the bag in three unique colors of P400 Wax C4X, a custom-made high-end cotton & wax-finished shell that’s stiff and durable. Then we added beautiful leather zipper pullers sourced from 100-year-old supplier Berger Co. Combined with a stunning hot orange internal lining and the CTB26’s signature features sets and appearance, the Griffin Edition is modern meets heritage incarnate.

- Side-access pocket with key leash, one zipper pocket, and two EDC drop in pockets
- Gusseted side pockets with hidden magnet for expansion and retraction (fits 1L water bottle)
- Top yoke external 3D pocket
- Luggage pass-through sleeve
- Internal padded laptop sleeve is fully suspended on all sides to protect devices up to 17”

- Stretch pocket for folders or books
Small Details
- Bias cut panels for improved abrasion resistance or stretch
- Differentially cut shoulder straps for natural curve
- Aluminum side stay for sturdy side carry
